Here’s what we do for you:
- Needs analysis. You simply provide us with a specification of the position.
- Search. This usually includes preparation of a press advertisement that, once approved by you, it is placed in selected media. The responses are monitored and an interview list for interviews is then determined. These candidates are contacted, interviewed and assessed. Background and reference checks are then performed.
- Provision of short list of highly qualified candidates. A short list of candidates are presented to you to together with their CV and a brief report on each. You then choose to interview some or all of the recommended individuals
